My Hometown

My hometown is a beautiful place around the coastal area. It’s in Southern Pesisir. It has many green hills, white sands, and clean water. Some of them are famous moreover in the world. As we know ,they are Cingkuak Island that is legendary Island for Indonesia (Dutch first landed), Carocok Beach, Jembatan Akar, and Bukik Langkisau. However, I don’t tell you about that. I’ve more interesting spots which are awesome; but you don’t know them before, I’m sure! They are Tembulun and Batu Kalang Beach. Let know them out!

First, I’ll tell you about Tembulun Spot. You know what? Tembulun is the sort of Tepian Mandi Beralun-alun. It’s place in Tambulun, Painan, Southern Pesisir, Indonesia; about 75 kilometers from The Padang City. It spends only about 3 hours drive, not too far right? Base on the name we know that it’s a swimming area, absolutely yes! But it’s so different. This is the river under the hills. The fantastic one, you can see the beautiful waterfalls which one of them has long until 7 meters or more. Can you imagine that? It looks like the way for climbing a mountain area ; but you won’t find a forest exception waterfalls only. More and more you climb on the top of the hill, you will find more beautiful waterfalls. If you reach the top of the waterfall ; you can find a small swimming pool like a lake. That’s awesome! Not only that, if you go down; there is a hole that the water is hot. There, you can boiled an egg. Then, if you want to stay for having lunch nor eating , you can go to the park beside the waterfall. There, people very enjoy their meals and take some photos around the area. The last, the ticket for Tembulun spot is only Rp 2500,-. So??

The second spot is Batu Kalang. It’s a beach in Ampang Pulai, Tarusan, Southern Pesisir . It’s about 55 kilometers drive , not too far right ? Yeah ,actually the topography is similar to the beaches in Southern Pesisir that has white sands ,clean water , beautiful corals , and sceneries. However , it can not used for sports like diving and surfing , even more swimming ! Surprisingly right , isn’t it ?Why ? Because the water in the middle of the sea only stay at your ankle ! Can you imagine that ? You can walk in the middle of the sea without sink underwater . Based on the history, its called the Dead Sea .It consists of the rock corals on the surface of the sea . The happiness, there is no cost for the ticket !

At list , from the two spots above we know that southern Pesisir still has fantastic spots which are not famous , but have an important historical to know for our domestic or foreign people . So ,what are you waiting for ?
